DINO GOES TO A CHRISTMAS PARTY

Come join us for an afternoon of fun where you design and create your very own little ‘Dino’! At this workshop, children will experiment with resist painting using candle-wax, oil pastels and watercolour. They also get to explore various textures (yarn, felt and glitter) through sensory play.

We have 2 workshops for you to choose from:

24 November 2018, Saturday
1:00pm – 2:30pm (5-8yo)
3:00pm – 4:30pm (9-12yo)

Empowering our Helpers – a Montessori-based Workshop

This workshop is suitable for helpers who are caring for children aged 0 to 6 years old. For those of us with helpers, we know how important they are as part of the environment nurturing our children. Equip your helper with essential and practical skills to support your child’s day to day development. They will learn how to speak respectfully to your child, how to introduce age-appropriate activities and also deal with meltdowns and tantrums effectively. All employers are given feedback after the session to ensure you know what was covered in class.

With a background in Montessori, she has translated this complex philosophy into one that parents can easily apply at home so all children can benefit.
